Who Are You?
My name is Tom Hennigan, and I'm a 18 year old developer from London.
I've lived in London for most of my life, except for 3 years which I spent in Singapore while my dad was working for Apple.
In the last few years I have been learning about computers, programming, and other nerdy stuff! I'm not an expert programmer, but I can read & write code in some languages including C, C++, Tcl/Tk, Perl, Python, (Bash) Shell Script & PHP.
What Is This Site All About?
It started out as just an email address, but about a year ago I put up an initial version of the site, as a source for some of my software that I had written. This software was poor in quality, and not very stable.
The three applications I have released on this version of the site, are however stable, and work reasonably well. They are simple, however they are useful to me, and I hope they are useful to other users too. The hq9+ interpreter is just a fun demo, and FindNew.pl is a script rather than an application, but heh what can you do!
What Is Your Role Within aMSN?
I've been a developer for the aMSN Project for about a year now. I maintain the Macintosh port of aMSN, by fixing bugs, and adding new features. You can check out what I've done recently on my page over at cia.vc.
